Gloss Matched to the Cab
Center displays inside a closed cab usually take etched AG at 80–100 GU, keeping text sharp. Open cabs and machinery dashboards face direct sun, so we go lower, around 70 GU, and accept slightly softer detail in exchange.
Automotive display cover glass, camera and LiDAR windows, and EV charger panels.
Etched anti-glare, AR coated, strengthened and printed to your drawing.
Send drawings as PDF, DWG or STEP.

Heat tempering needs glass about 3 mm or thicker. Thinner display covers are chemically strengthened instead, which keeps them flat and allows the slim profiles that cluster and center displays use.
Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled afterwards. We finish the outline, holes, edges and ceramic ink first, then temper, so the drawing has to be final before that step.
905 nm LiDAR works with silicon detectors and 1550 nm with InGaAs. We AR coat each surface of the window for your band, and can add a bandpass layer such as 895–915 nm to block sunlight and headlamps.
EV charger fronts sit outdoors and get knocked. 6 mm tempered glass reaches IK10, a 5 kg mass dropped from 400 mm. We print with UV-resistant ink so the colors hold up in the sun.
Every new part starts as a sample run. The samples ship with a test report, so you approve real parts against your drawing before production begins.
2.0 mm etched anti-glare cover glass for farm machine dashboard displays: chemically strengthened, gloss 70 ± 10 GU, haze 4.7%, transmission above 89%, screen printed with UV-resistant ink for all-day use under open sky.
Send the outline, thickness, display area and where the part sits in the vehicle. We confirm the glass, strengthening, gloss level and print layers, flag holes or edges that are too close, and quote.
We make a sample run on the production process and ship it with a test report covering dimensions, gloss, transmission and the tests your part needs. You approve before tooling is fixed.
The approved sample becomes the reference. Each batch is checked against it for size, cosmetic defects and optical values, then packed for transport.
Outline, holes and edges cut and ground to the drawing.
Chemical strengthening for thin covers, tempering from about 3 mm.
Black mask, icons and IR windows printed; AG, AR or AF applied.
Adhesive tape or gaskets applied, ready to mount in the housing.
Dimensions, appearance and optics checked; parts separated and packed.
Include the outline, thickness, display area, coatings and quantity.
